At Kams Care Bear, we value your business and understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel your event, we have a policy that allows for cancellation up to 1 week before the scheduled date without forfeiting your deposit. If you cancel within 1 week, you will receive a credit that can be used towards another event within 6 months of your cancellation date.
