Cancellation Policy

Booking information: Deposits: There is a non refundable deposit/ retainers fee of $100 to book your party with Kams Care Bear or 50% for All In One package. Your deposit go towards your remaining balance which is due 1 week before your party date. You have the option of a deposit, sezzle , or affirm it is your choice. If booking with sizzle or affirm you would have to contact me first before booking.  Our mobile party packages have a minimum 10 guest. If your guest do not show up we are not responsible and no monies will be taken off for the guest who do not show up. If you have more guest that show up the day of we will accept them, additional guest fee will be collected at that time.  Cancellations: Please let us know 2 weeks in advance if you are cancelling your party. Deposits/ Retainer fees are non refundable. If you cancel within 2 weeks you will receive a credit towards another birthday party, DIY party, or any items on the website (If you choose to reschedule a birthday party Kams Care Bear LLC will have to collect the remaining balance at the time of rescheduling your new party date).  If you do not cancel within the two weeks you would have forfeit your deposit and or any monies that is received by us. Mileage fee: The first 15 miles from 9 mile and Greenfield are free. After 15 miles (total both ways) there will be a $1.50 mileage for up to 15 more miles. After the 30 miles total there will be an additional $25 plus the $1.50.
