Build your own bear

We bring the party to you!

There is a $50 set up fee additional to the cost of your party. Add a custom t shirt to your package. There is a $40 design fee. 

Birthday Parties

Kams Care Bear we bring the party to you in the comfort of your home, daycare, church, park etc. We come to you and set up at your party or event with our giant bubble gum stuffing machine and our unstuffed bears then we stuff the bears right in front of you. We also have bear clothing items, bear recorders for you to record a 60 second message recorder, animal sounds,  carrying bags and more.

Money Grab machine $100 fun activity all paid party attendees get 2 mins to grab as much fake money as possible there are also free coupon items to choose from (only 1 ) choose from: Earrings, necklace, lip gloss or bracelet.

All Deposits are Non refundable

Booking information:
Deposits: There is a non refundable deposit of $100 for the gold package and $200 deposit for Platinum and Ultimate package to book your party with Kams Care Bear. Your deposit go towards your remaining balance which is due 1 week before your party date. You have the option of a deposit or booking with sezzle it is your choice. Our birthday party packages are for up to 8 guest with the birthday girl or boy included for the price that is stated. If your guest do not show up we are not responsible and no monies will be taken off for the guest who do not show up. If you have more guest that show up the day of we will accept them, additional guest fee will be collected at that time. 
 

Cancellations: Please let us know 2 weeks in advance if you are cancelling your party. Deposits/ Retainer fees are non refundable. If you cancel within 2 weeks you will receive a credit towards another birthday party, DIY party, or any items on the website (If you choose to reschedule a birthday party Kams Care Bear LLC will have to collect the remaining balance at the time of rescheduling your new party date).  If you do not cancel within the two weeks you would have forfeit your deposit and or any monies that is received by us. 

Mileage fee: The first 30 total  miles from 24225 W 9 mile Southfield Mi, 48033 are free. After 30  miles there will be a $1.50 mileage for up to 60 miles total  . After the 60 miles total there will be an additional $25 plus the $1.50.
